Illegal Immigration

I am against the rapid and careless overnight amnesty or citizenship of illegal aliens in this country.  It’s neither healthy for our economy nor for our national security to grant swift Amnesty for any reason.   I was naturalized, so I for one can respect and understand why people would like to live the American Dream.  Some politicians only look at amnesty for potential votes.  Some politicians seeks to divide us when states like Arizona enforce national law.  The truth is that we are a Nation of laws and we cannot ignore this for the sake of “political correctness.”  If we ignore our constitutional laws, then the very existence of the American Dream will fade quickly from this Earth.

Here is what we first must do:  First, we must seal the borders.  Second, we deal with those that are here illegally.  Amnesty has been granted in the past and it only encourages more of the same behavior.  We cannot continue to reward bad or negative behavior in anything the government regulates or legislates on.

In the general course of human nature, a power over a man's subsistence amounts to a power over his will.
Alexander Hamilton

Since Jan 2004 there have been seven, guest worker Visa programs.  We can continue to issue worker Visas for those jobs that Americans will not do.  My father came to this country under such program in 1950.   However, many of these H1B visas given now are non Agriculture jobs.  These jobs include Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Architects travel industry, etc.   We need to look at the jobs that we are giving away of which we have plenty of American talent here willing and able to do these job without risk to our national security.  Career Politicians compromise their integrity and values by siding with large corporations to give away these jobs to foreigners and Americans citizens remain jobless.

I will continue to look for solutions to the issues of illegal immigration and how to best deal with this issue.  Thus far; I have yet to hear anyone with a credible solution. Nevertheless, I am convinced that we can seal the border rather quick and rather easily.  I refuse to accept that sealing the border is a complicated task that cannot be achieved.  If we put a man on the Moon, we can definitely seal our borders.  We ought to use our National Guard if we need to.  Each south Bordering state has a sizeable and capable State Militia that can protect its interest at the call of the Governor.

I support Arizona.  If the Federal government is not going to protect our borders, then States have a duty to protect their borders and its citizens.

Men speak of natural rights, but I challenge any one to show where in nature any rights existed or were recognized until there was established for their declaration and protection a duly promulgated body of corresponding laws.
Calvin Coolidge

We are a Nation of Laws.  Wrong is wrong.  Amnesty is not fair to those who go thru the front door and wait in line to come in.

Life Issue:

I have been asked where I stand on Abortion.  My answer is: Abortion is Murder.  I’m an advocate for innocent Life.  I will fight for those that cannot fight for themselves.  I always have and I always will defend both the unborn and all Americans with special needs.  I support the values and laws of the bible upon which our republic was founded on.  We are still a Nation of Christians.  Our Judean Christian founding has given us Laws are principles based on morality, and ethics.  If we ignore Morality and ethics who is to say anything is right or wrong?  No man, not even the President of our nation can take our heritage away from us nor can he erase our founding values and principles.  We must re-constitute our Republic form of Government.

I am Pro-life and I will not support or vote for any legislation that does not respect the sanctity of life.   I will never compromise on the issue of innocent life. I also believe in taking care of God’s children with special needs.  Nevertheless, my good friend Gary S. Paxton Sr and I call them the Handicap-able.  These children, my brothers and sisters still have feelings and they have a heart.  I am a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus.  We serve to protect the unborn and gods children with special needs.  The U.S. Constitution grants us Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness.   Life is from conception to natural death.  An unborn fetus develops a heart and it is beating by the 18th day after conception.  The unborn have protection under the constitution too.
“Nothing can be politically right which is morally wrong”
Abraham Lincoln

Right now, it’s imperative to seek real experienced Leaders and ask questions of real subject matter experts. By this I mean people that have lived life in real times, not theologians or career politicians. We need leaders that know and understand the difficulties of Missourians businesses operators. We need Leaders that will talk less but will implement real solutions for the betterment of prosperity and economic growth. We need leaders who will offer common sense legislation and legitimate governance. We need leaders that will govern by the People and for the People not against them.

“The people are the only legitimate fountain of power, and it is from them that the constitutional charter, under which the several branches of government hold their power, is derived.”
James Madison

We need leaders that are in touch with real people and take time to listen to the real issues that affect us the most. We need leaders that know the impacts and hardships of the average American tax payer.

We need leaders that not only know the history of our founding but that believe in our Founders’ Declaration of Independence. We need Leaders that not only know the U.S. Constitution, but that rule by this majestic document. We need Leaders that truly will support and defend the Constitution of The United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

We need defenders of Liberty and Freedom. Leaders who are ready to Guard and Defend it at any cost. Why do we need such Leaders?

Because America deserves Leaders that love LIBERTY and FREEDOM, not Power.

“Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.”

It is by the grace of God and the U.S. Constitution that I come to share with you not of the differences between me and my fellow candidates in this election, but of the similarity that binds us all as Americans. Within all of us, as true Americans, there lies a common thread.  A thread that has been pulled, stretched, and twisted for over 234 years. And yet remains unbroken. Through the years, this common thread has given those who walked before us the strength to build a nation, and the courage to guard and defend it from all challenges, foreign as well as domestic. Generation after generation, despite all their faults and differences, their imperfections and prejudices, they always found a way to band together as one nation in a time of need or peril, until now.

Today, we find ourselves living in a country divided by greed, politics, complacency and apathy.  Millions who want to work… can’t, and those who won’t… don’t with the blessing of the current administration. It has become more important to be politically correct than to be fair. The “pursuit of happiness” has become the pursuit of this month’s rent and “justice for all” a privilege for the unlawful.

Under the cloak of democracy, a new brand of socialism has permeated our borders, not from abroad but from within.  Fortunately, we as Patriotic Missourians and Americans we still have a choice. To fight for what has been entrusted to us by keeping America strong or bow to those who want to remake us. We have the opportunity to send a message to Washington:  America does not have to be remade but re-forged with the flame that still burns within all of us as our forefathers inspired us and so sacrificed not too long ago.   America is so young but yet maintains the oldest constitutional republic in existence.  It has been said by many that America is the beacon of hope and the light on the Hill... I agree. She has blessed me with Liberty and Freedom that just does not exist anywhere else that I have been to.

For me there is no choice.  I have walked that wall for those who believe as I do, as well as for those who don’t.  I ask you now, as my fellow Missourians, to walk with me. Help me make America prosperous and keep her strong.

Our love of country is undeniable; wanting the best for our children is unanimous.  It’s knowing that it’s our love of liberty and freedom that gives us strength, not the other way around. And it’s for those reasons that on August 3rd voting for me will ensure you of having someone who believes in the things you do and will represent you in Washington, DC accordingly. My name is Hector Maldonado and I am running for U.S. Senate for the great state of Missouri. God bless you and God bless America.

It seems that some Americans think Socialism is okay.  What is wrong with it?  Well ask countries like Iceland, Greece, Spain, Peru and others.  Socialism is not good.  It will lead to America's collapse unless we get the right leaders elected who will not compromise on issues and will defend America as it was handed to us by previous Generations.   I will soon write more about socialism and communism.

The newest legal brief in a court challenge to "Obamacare," the president's nationalization of health care, says the Constitution simply doesn't allow the federal government to demand a payment for not doing something.

The case was brought by the Thomas More Law Center on behalf of several individuals.

The brief said, "Defendants' arguments ultimately claim for the federal government the power to force all Americans … to engage in a commercial transaction in which they otherwise would not engage. … Defendants do not – because they cannot – refute plaintiffs' claim that if the federal government does possess such power, then it also has the power to force private citizens 'to engage in [other] affirmative acts, under penalty of law, such as taking vitamins, losing weight, joining health clubs, buying a GMC truck, or purchasing an AIG insurance policy.'"

The case was launched by the Thomas More Law Center and attorney David Yerushalmi as soon as Obama signed the legislation March 23. Robert Muise, Thomas More's senior trial counsel, and Yerushalmi have worked on the legal arguments.

The original complaint asserts the health-care reform law imposes unprecedented governmental mandates that trample on the personal and economic freedoms of Americans in violation of their constitutional rights.

It also alleges Congress had no authority under the Commerce Clause to pass the law and that by usurping the power reserved for the states and the people, Congress violated the Tenth Amendment.

The lawsuit also contends that by forcing private citizens to fund abortion, contrary to their rights of conscience and the free exercise of religion, Congress violated the First Amendment.
